THE COMPANY

Cori Marquis + the Nines [IX] is a project-based NYC company founded by Cori Marquis and Alexander Dones in 2011. The work rigorously explores the physical and psychological landscapes involved in being human, how scientific theory plays into our daily lives, and the formative nature of our relationships.

 

Cori Marquis + the Nines [IX] has been presented in numerous festivals in California, Boston, Portland, Detroit, and New York, including DANCENOW Joe's Pub Festival, Stuffed! at Judson Church, UnderExposed at Dixon Place, Shared Space | Gowanus Art + Production, Symphony Space, WAXworks, Chen Dance Center, Cool New York Festival, and David Parker's SoakingWET.
